A favorite of President Eisenhower built around 1940.  Set atop a cliff side promontory, this par 72 course offers a sweeping view of the point where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea.

Punta Borinquen Golf Club has one of the most spectacular sunsets and ocean views in Puerto Rico.  By season the golfers have the opportunity to see whales playing and jumping in the beautiful and warm Atlantic Ocean. 

Straight  and open fairways with an abundance of sand traps and many of a special species of palm only found in the region of the west coast of Puerto Rico.  Mild westerly cross winds provide a constant challenge.

The mission of this nonprofit organization shall be to organize, develop and sponsor golf in the Western area of Puerto Rico.  Working together as a team, the Punta Borinquen Golf & Country Club Directors and staff will strive to provide superior customer service standards with respect to course conditions, golf shop services, player development programs, affordability, and food and beverage service. The course will be operated in an environmentally conscious manner and will aspire to be known as the first course to consider when deciding where to play.

The golf course will strengthen the community image, provide recreational experiences, and promote health and wellness to citizens of the Island, businesses, community organizations, and visitors. Staff will embrace a culture that emphasizes customer service, innovation, and financial discipline to ensure that the course operates as a successful enterprise.
